Returns happen, we understand that. We want you to have what you need to complete your project & we know that sometimes you grab the wrong size or color. Here's how to make returns easy on us and on you.

  • ​Return items in unused, original condition, in the original packaging, with the price tag attached.
  • Have your receipt with you.
  • Returns within 15 days will be credited in the same form. Credits to credit cards will be to the same card used for the purchase. Cash returns (on cash purchases) up to $100 will be accepted...if it's more than that, please contact us, we're a small business & we keep the big $$$ in the bank! 
  • Returns up to 30 days will be reimbursed via store credit. After that, the item is yours for a future project or re-gifting.
  • Special orders, sale items, stringing materials, books, and opened packages; items that have been used/worn are final sale.                        (Note: special orders require 1/3 down payment, non-refundable.)
  • Returns by mail will be accepted if they follow the same stuff as above, but you'll need to buy the stamps. Please use a format with tracking...we do!
